Für unseren Kunden aus dem Telekommunikationsbereich sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Berater im Bereich Software Development (m/w/d)Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
Developing the following Projects
1) Modularization of our Android APP We want to be able to work in parallel with multiple feature teams on the same Android app by using a modern tech stack:
• Further modularization of our app
• Modernize legacy parts of the app Definition of Done
• Database module
• Account module
• Auth module

2) One Inbox :
• Inbox organizing delivers value to our customers (One Inbox) Problems to be solved
• The user has difficulties separating important from unimportant mails
• The mails seen in the categories of the SmartInbox are also seen in other folders (duplicating view of the inbox)
• The inbox looks overcrowded with spam, newsletters and advertising (ads)
• Unwanted content in the Inbox (e.g. newsletters) is perceived as advertising
• Smart Inbox categories are mistaken for a folder ("I want to sort the mails myself")
• Umsetzung des 2nd UserFeedbacks und der Tabs: Definition of Done
• Provide relevant content for the user at the right place
• Combine Smart- and "Classical" Inbox
• Customer satisfaction: 4 Star rating for product
• Increase usage of Smart Services and impressions to Categories for relevant content at the right time
• Users feel "in control" of their mailbox Arbeitspaket One Inbox 2nd test
Requirements:
• Full remote is possible
• Initial first week would be in the office to get the hardware, all the necessary setup and on-boarding
• In case of full remote a constant stable internet connection is a must
• The candidate will be working on Android apps
Education & Work experience
• more than 3 years in Building client applications consuming RESTful APIs
• more than 3 years in Consuming RESTful APIs
Know-how:
• very good knowledge of Kotlin & Java
• good knowledge of Unit tests (JUnit, Robolectric, Mockito), Android MVVM Design Pattern, RxJava, Dagger, SQlite (+Room), Version control system: Git, Coroutines
• good knowledge of Android MVVM Design Pattern
Languages:
• Englisch Level C1
