Role Title - Data Engineer
Contract Length - 6 month initial
Remote working - 100%

Montash are partnered with a DAX30 organisation looking to grow their Data Engineering teams with high performing consultants.

Tasks:
•Design and development of Database and Data Warehouse solutions using AWS Redshift, Postgres, ETL tools and other tech.
•Realise highly scalable, high-volume big data solutions from concept and design, with implementation in AWS Cloud.
•Develop high volume data processing ETL components for data extraction, transformation and loading.
•Documenting ETL components and database / data warehouse implementation in Confluence / GitLab

Skills
•5 years of big data development/engineering, preferred AWS Redshift
•3-5+ years of Python development experience - Java also desirable
•Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
•Experience with (Gitlab) and toolslike Confluence and Jira
•Strong understanding of microservices
•Fluent English required – written and spoken
