I am working with a reputable automotive client who is looking to hire one T-Shaped Full Stack Developer to work on-site at their Software Center.
The Software Innovation Centre was founded in 2021 and now work with Pair programming & work in balanced teams (developer, designer, product manager in the team; internal customer = product owner). On the average the teams hold between 4-8 members 1 Product Manager, 2-6 Developers and at least 1 Designer. They are continuously working on the publication of new software products for the client. They do not work on the vehicles directly but more on the internal systems.
What are they looking for in a T-Shaped Full Stack Developer?
Our client is looking for a Business standard German and English fluent speaking developers. Our client is looking for senior developers/platform engineers with AWS knowledge. This includes seniority in communication and technological depth and at least 3-5 years' experience in open-source projects or in a commercial environment as a software developer. The right candidate must have worked with eXtreme programming or SCRUM in an agile environment.
Programming focus:
Frontend: TypeScript/JavaScript
Backend: Java/Kotlin, Go, Node.js/JavaScript
Mobile Development: Swift, Kotlin
Method: Practical experience in Test Driven Development (TDD)
Test environment: Test-Driven Development (high test coverage)
CI/CD chain: Infrastructure as Code, especially Concourse and AWS code pipeline
Cloud:
- AWS Code build (practical experience of 2-3 years required in the AWS context)
- AWS, cloud foundry
- VPC networking
