Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Product Manager/Product Owner (m/w/d):
- Write effective Epics and Features based on the value stream mapping.
- Align with Product Owners on their needs and provide relevant process context to be able to define evaluated future needs into process descriptions.
- Co-work with diverse teams, actively participate in meetings to define acceptance criteria, focusing on the overall success of a new CRM solution for the customer.
- The Single point of contact (SPOC) for processes and corporate impediments.
- Manage and prioritize the flow of work between teams as well as features for delivery
- Coordinate and delegate tasks.
- Decides way forward in sense of Business Value Responsible for the content (User Stories) and managing the product backlog
- Prioritize the User Stories within the product backlog itemsMonitor the quality of testing
- Report outcomes and current status to the management team and mirrows back the feedback to team
Support the Scrum Master in developing the team spirit and driving outcomes
