Location: Germany - Bremen, Ratstatt, Stuttgart, Stuttgart.Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience
Requirement:
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in MPS and printing troubleshooting skills
• Should know any one of Managed print solutions (Docuform Mercury, Kofax Equitrac,Follow2Print, Lexmark DDS, LRS Cirrato, Ricoh Streamline, Canon Uniflow, Formscape etc)
• Hands on experience on HP, Xerox, Cannon or Lexmark printers troubleshooting
• Scan to email, Scan to folder, scan to fax in MDF printers functionalities
• Managing print servers, Print Queue Management, workflow
• Knowledge on windows skills like AD, Windows Domain,
• Printer Driver Management
• Printer Firmware Management
• Printers Fleet Management
• Consumables Management
Responsibilities:
• Provides expert judgment and analysis for the design, development and implementation of printer fleets
• Contract Management with multiple vendors
• Need to have deep knowledge on Managed print services
• Need to have analytical skills for reducing the printer fleets
• Sound knowledge on process like incident management, Request Management, change management and release management
• Expertise in Remote monitoring tools for printers
• Should be responsible for maintaining the SLA as per the agreement
• Clear focus on the client requirements and solutions.
Contract length: 6 months
