Application: SAP ECC, SAP BI/BW,SAP SolMan, SAP CRM, SAP SRM, SAP FIORI,S/4 HANA,SAP BPC, Enterprise Portals, SAP GRC, IDM
Technical: Authorization expertise in SAP ECC / CRM / BW / BIBO / EP / CUA / HANA / BOBJ / S4HANA / Fiori
• Understanding of various SAP authorization concepts catering to SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA systems and SAP GRC Access Control,
• SAP User & Role Administration across the SAP Components
• Knowledge on SoX and SOD Compliance topics
• SAP Fiori authorization concepts – Catalogs, Groups, oData services, etc.
• Authorization concept on SAP HANA & S/4 HANA
• Audit & Internal Control standard parameters at SAP user & Role level
• Experience on User Access Review ( UAR )
• Strong Knowledge SAP user types and Functionalities
Responsibilities:
• Individuals should be able to work independently with a team player attitude
• Solving tickets, Ticket logging and escalation to higher levels where required
• Good understanding about role design across SAP Components and standard functionalities
• Mass user / role creation (single; composite; derived; master; enabler) using ECATT scripts.
• Securing tables by creating/changing authorization groups in se54.
• Worked on SU24/SU25 updates.
• Worked with AGR*; USR* and Restricting tables through authorization groups using SE54 transaction.
• Providing Detailed Reports of Users; User Status; Roles; T-Codes and Authorization Objects.
• Documentation knowledge of various Security Processes.
