We are currently seeking for a Oracle (Senior) Netsuite Consultant Freelance (Finance) for our customer in the cosmetics industry with global reach.Scope:
- Company Setup within the existing US Netsuite setup (Location, Currency, Accounts, Tax,…),
- Basic Record2Report (BS, P&L, C&F, Custom Reports, Drill Down,…)
- Expense Procure2Pay Process (Vendors, PO’s, AP,…)
- Basic Order2Cash (Import Revenue and Cash/Journals, Customers, Manual Sales Orders, AR,…)
- UK located Retail Store (Running on Square) needs to be integrated
Your responsibilities:
- Guide and lead us through the optimal Finance implementation to design the optimal processes and maximize NetSuite benefits
- Provide input into the finance cutover strategy and support migration of finance data to NetSuite
- Complete deliverables to a high standard, including Business Requirements Specification, Functional Specification and Use Cases
- Implement process improvements with systematic solutions and train end users on how to effectively use financial systems features and applications (UK)
- Implementation of the required Finance Processes of our German Location at a later point
Your experience:
- Solid track record of successfully implemented Netsuite projects
- Experience in the Beauty and eCommerce industry is a plus
- Operational experience of accounting and experience in international accounting standards, consolidation, and revenue management is beneficial
- Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills
You will work in a dynamic international team- onsite meetings in Duesseldorf and London should happen occasionally but are not mandatory
