We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) for our client in Remscheid.Start: ASAP
Duration: until end of 2021
Workload: Full-time
Onsite: Remscheid 5% of the project
Remote: 95% of the project
Languages: German or English
What you will do:
- You will create new functions in the IoT environment. You will be responsible for developing software based on Java Microservices (Azure Cloud) and React Native (Apps).
- You design and develop interfaces in collaboration with other teams.
- You plan and implement new, interactive features together with the design team.
- You connect our apps with backend APIs and integrate push messages
- You develop user interfaces that work in multiple languages and on multiple devices
- You publish our apps in the stores in multiple countries and languages
- You work with modern technology stacks: React Native, Redux, Firebase, Detox, Okta IDM, Bitbucket, Bitrise, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, AKS, Stream Processing, Apache Kafka, MongoDB, Slack.
- As part of a cross-functional, self-managed team, you will also design the software architecture together with the architects and implement it in the existing components.
- You plan the sprint together with the scrum team by breaking down user stories from the product owner into tasks and taking them into the sprint backlog
- As part of a Scrum team, you regularly participate in elementary meetings.
- In regular refinement meetings you will support the Product Owner in breaking down Epics into User Stories.
What you should bring with you:
- You are familiar with Java and Spring Boot based components and technologies used in automated testing environments.
- You use components and technologies based on React Native & REST in app development.
- You are interested in IoT systems and want to deal professionally and technically with software and, if applicable, hardware.
- You have several years of project experience in companies, universities or open source communities.
- You have knowledge of modern development methods and tools as well as continuous integration and automated testing
- You have Scrum experience in an agile project environment and enjoy working with other developers (Mob/Pair Programming)
- You have experience of working as part of a team to produce a usable (Done) and useful increment in each sprint
- You have a good command of English
- You drive our digital future with teamwork and intercultural skills
