Location: Germany - Kölleda, Neu-Ulm.Experience: 2 - 3 Years of experience in Windows Server administration
Language: English/German
Skills: Linux, ITIL Functions & Processes, Service Delivery and Communication skills, Windows/Linux.
Requirement:
• Maintain Windows 2008 R and upgrades, patches.
• Maintain and Administer AD (Windows 2008R2)
• Maintain and Administer Microsoft Cluster solutions.
• Basic understanding of SSCM and SCOM
• Basic understanding of backup utilities (e.g.IBM TSM/EMC Networker tool set).
• Knowledge of maintaining Antivirus management servers
• Troubleshooting skills with Windows Servers, SCCM
• Understanding of VMWare virtualization technologies
• Understanding of Storage technologies
Responsibilities:
• Prioritizing and escalating with L3 team member to ensure timely resolution.
• Server Build and Decommission of Windows Servers.
• Windows Server Backup and restoration. File/folder restoration.
• Work on Server (CPU, Memory, Low disk space, Cluster failed) alerts.
• Work with Hardware team to fix issues with Windows server hardware.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with monthly MS Security patches
Contract length: 6 months
