Skills: Backup/Storage, ITIL Functions & Processes, Service Delivery and Communication skills.
Requirement:
• NetApp, IBM and HPE Storage and Brocade SAN switch and Scripting
• Resolve incidents escalated by L1 as per the agreed SLAs and timelines and involve next level proactively for resolution.
• Work on allocation deallocation task and change
• Hands on configuration setup/modification/deletion task activities
Responsibilities:
• Planning and Preparation for Stack upgrade to ensure Successful completion.
• Capacity planning of Storage required for business continuity.
• Preferred knowledge on automation python, shell.
• Mentoring of L1 team members on best practices, technical solutions and scripting.
• Creation of SOP and KT documentation etc.
Contract length: 6 months
