We are a small team with various successful projects. For our partner in the public sector, we are looking for a team-oriented, reliable Senior Java Backend Developer in Nuremberg with immediate effect.Start: from October 2021
Duration: 6 months (with option for extension)
Location: Nürnberg on site
Employment Type: full-time
Required Skills:
- Expert knowledge in the design and development of REST-based service applications (Java 8, Spring Boot).
- Expert knowledge with current Java frameworks and programming methods for creating services (esp. Spring, JPA, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of using object-oriented design patterns
- Expert knowledge of developing and working with microservice architectures
- Solid experience with build (Maven, Gradle) and deployment systems or CI/CD (Jenkins)
- Solid experience with version management (Git, SVN)
- Solid experience with relational databases (Oracle) and SQL
General:
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum or Kanban).
- Ability to work in a team
- Quality conscious
- German language skills are a plus
