Location: Stuttgart, Germany
Experience: 12 - 14 years of experience

Requirement:
• Should have managed and team of 20-30 members, delivering/managing Data Center Network Operations. Should be hands-on in terms of technology. Should have an understanding of processes and quality aspects
• Project management for various data center network projects based on different customer demands. Assist in Business Requirement Management and Solution-development, Service development, Architecture & lifecycle.
• Smooth running of data center network operations. Handling of Application integration demands like architecture requests, service requests
• Escalation Manager for global network architecture and network services
• Expert-level Knowledge of IT asset management, incident/request management, problem management, change/release management, Availability and capacity management.
Responsibilities:
• Advanced skills in project management (waterfall & agile) and supplier management.
• Advances Skills in Service Delivery Management
• Advanced skills in how to integration various systems inside a data center
• Basic skills in data center facility architectures and topologies.
• Skills in network protocols: IP, TCP, UDP, and other common protocols.
• Basic knowledge in Ethernet fabric technologies: Fabric Path, Cisco ACI and EVPN VXLAN
• Skills in software defined networks especially for VMware NSX-T/V and OpenStack OVS.
• Basic knowledge about Cisco Nexus Architectures.
• Basic to advanced knowledge in network services like IPAM, DNS, SMTP, NTP, Load Balancing and others.
• Basic skills in physical cable management systems, optics, fibers and data center facility.
• Managing multiple service teams and build synergies between services.
• Understand and maintain the organization’s ratio between service revenue, resource planning and maintain the team.
• Responsible to introduce new service delivery tools and redesigning the operational procedures
• Assurance of SLAs / KPIs / OLAs and service quality.
• Promote the organization’s goals and to implement evolving technologies in service.
• Responsible to build and implement security guidelines.
• Running the service operations in close cooperation with other IT process owners and service owners.
• Deep understanding of ITIL concepts.
Contract length: 6 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Up to 500.00€ per month
