• 7+ years of Experience as Scrum Master• Certified Scrum Master
• Experience being a part of a Transformation Program
• Follow a framework core values, adopt and apply framework principles, and implement practices
• Provide input to improve team’s performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity
• Update feature, user story and team information in Jira to reflect current progress and status
• Review the data-quality in Jira and provide recommendations to the agile team to improve
• Facilitate the team retrospective and teach problem-solving techniques
• Facilitate meetings such as the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective
• Provide recommendations to Product Owner on how to manage the Backlog
• Consult scrum team on resolving/removing impediments and provide inputs to the team on focusing on Iteration outcomes in the context of current Program Increment (PI)
• Consult the scrum team in preparation for Program activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt event
• Provide suggestions to the team in establishing estimates
• Provide input on facilitating and documenting of lessons learned sessions based on Inspect & Adapt and team self-assessment for scrum team
