Job Description:

  • Years of exp needed - 10+ Yrs
  • Provide effort estimations, define, design, develop, implement and run Appian applications throughout the entire application life cycle based on governance process & artefacts
  • Gather functional and non-functional requirements and propose conceptual technical solutions
  • Advise stakeholders and address risks proactively
  • Develop APIs to integrate Appian with multiple systems
  • Collaborate with cross functional IT teams and business experts throughout the entire agile software development life cycle
  • Strong proficiency in agile software development practices
  • Deep Knowledge developing integrations using APIs such as REST and SOAP
  • Knowledge in cloud/service-based architecture (preferably based on Microsoft technologies)
  • Experience working with relational databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of relational database design or database modelling
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to produce automation solutions on processes of high complexity
  • Ideally, knowledge of business processes in the re-insurance or insurance industry
  • Ideally, experience in leading Appian designer/developer teams
  • A high degree of commitment and the willingness and ability to master the various tasks are essential
  • Consulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing
  • Strong consulting and communicative skills in virtual teams
