We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Java Developer to join our clients Platform team. You will be required to have strong Java 11 experience, building microservices/rest APIs, have good experience with solutions like Kafka, databases, working with cloud (ideally Google cloud).
The successful Java Developer will also be aware of all the principles and standards that make for a good backend engineer (e.g.,SOLID principle) and the usual tooling/processes (Jenkins CI/CD, Docker Kubernetes, SonarQube, etc, etc).
The platform team works on technical strategy projects. Generally, they work on improving backed services, migrating services, updating, upgrading, creating new services.
You will be working across all Java services/layers and required database changes/work.
