AWS DevOps EngineerLocation: Cologne
Duration: 6 months
I am currently working with a Global Insurance company that is halfway through a large transformation and as such they are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer.
This position could potentially be extended until the end of 2022.
About you:
• Oversee the availability, performance, security and scalability of AWS production systems supporting traffic spikes 20x normal load
• Collaborate closely with engineering team to deploy services across environments
• Advise on architecture and process improvements
• Provide efficient and structured CI/CD environment for developers to ship faster and safer
Hard Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of DevOps experience working with millions of users
• Wizard-level knowledge of various CI/CD workflows
• AWS Expert (EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS)
• Kubernetes / Docker experience
• Terraform IaC experience
