Solution Architect / Tech Lead (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Develop the architectures for systems, balancing and ensuring consistency between functional, service quality, security, and systems management requirements following the IT target architecture and reusing existing patterns
- Establish policy and strategy for the selection of systems architecture components, and coordinates design activities, promoting the discipline to ensure consistency
- Support in managing and developing the target design, policies and standards
- Support analysis and design of domain, application or application architectures in alignment with IT enterprise architecture
- Communicate architecture objectives to business and consults during the development of product requirements
Main qualifications
- University degree in computer science or related field
- Profound experience as a tech lead in software development projects
- Deep understanding of solution development life cycles, management of enterprise architecture and the application of IT risk & security considerations
- Demonstrated experience in delivering solutions based on Microsoft technologies Power BI and Power Apps
- Solid knowledge of agile software development methodologies
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Nice to have:
- Experience in investment management is a plus, but not required
