Non Functional Test Leader (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Develop and execute on Performance assessment needs. - this will include infrastructure, Batch and UI assessment
- Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications
- Design and create load models and scripts, environment readiness verification, scripting, execution, debugging and reporting tasks
- Monitor and execute performance test activities for large sized projects
- Carry out Performance risk assessments and provides mitigation plans
Main qualifications
- Expert in OAT Tests - Alerting and Monitoring, Fail over, Disaster Recover etc.
- Ability to identify, implement and work with application, database, cloud and infrastructure monitoring tools in analysing performance
- Expierence in Financial services/loan, credit card systems, B2B, CSR and consumer facing applications
- Knowledge of Web, Restful Web Services, xml/vxml/json, mobile apps, JMeter/Blaze Meter, Postman, Wireshark/Fiddler, Jenkins, Batch and volume testing etc.
- Monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK, Grafana (Dynatrace beneficial)
- Message Protocols: ISO messages, http, https, soap, xml/vxml, MQ, socket
- Experience in SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, CLM
- Basic programming knowledge or applying programming logic (Java, C, C++)
- Knowledge of Python programming language
- Technologies: KAFKA, Kubernetes, Docker, Micro Services etc.
- HP Load Runner, IBM Rational Performance Tester, SoapUI, Putty etc. beneficial
