For our telecommunication client we are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d)Start: ASAP
Duration: ca. 30 PT
Location: Remote
Language: English , German (nice to have)
Background: A new service shall be provided for in the service portal. The ServiceNow developer is responsible for creating this service and making it available to the customer.
Tasks (independent delivery):
- Review requirements for new service with customer
- Creation of relevant forms and workflows within the service portal to make the service
available
- Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
- Take care of necessary API integration
- Review and optimise solution
- Present final solution to client and customer
Skills:
* Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies.
* Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations.
* Fundamental knowledge of Workflows in ServiceNow
* Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
* Extensive knowledge of JavaScript.
* Familiarity with Angular.
* Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
* Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs.
* Familiarity with Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs.
* Experiences with the "Service Portal" Modul would be great
* Any other experience with Snow modules is an advantage.
