Capacity: Fulltime
Location: Remote, maybe later a few meetings in Stuttgart
Tasks:
? Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
? Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the
business context.
? Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's
processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
? Managing finances and budgets.
? Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
? Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve,
and refine services.
? Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
? This position works closely with a variety of departments and service lines to
assure that that Service Excellence is data-driven and brings innovative
Solutions and Continual improvement in Service Delivery
Skills:
• Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may
be advantageous.
• Demonstrated knowledge of or experience with evidence-based leadership and employee engagement frameworks.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills with
knowledge of practice management and administration.
• Demonstrated success in change management, teamwork, and
matrix management.
