The Client
The client is a company that tracks the development of clients' cash holding in real-time.

The Project
The client has already finalized and validated the market and product phase. The project is now focused on scaling up which includes smaller remaining bug fixes and stabilization efforts of the core functions.
This role will require 6 months commitment with a possibility for an extension.

The frontend is built with Flutter (Web) and the following are used:
async_redux
freezd
null safety
get_it

The goal is to stabilize and fix the bug issues and also a great opportunity for guiding and teaching juniors as well as becoming an integral part of the decision-making as CTO sparring partner. Part of the day-to-day tasks will be coding in Flutter for the front-end part of the tool as well as code review of produced codes by the junior team members and supporting the CTO.

Team Setup
The team is formed by freelancers except for the CTO. There are 4 back-end and 4 front-end team members.

Requirements
Senior developer experience for Flutter or Dart
Proven ability to support and guide junior team members
Review produced code before pushing it
Architecture skills. You know your way around MVVM and what DDD stands for.
Push for shipping
CI/CD is a must
Putting code live every day is a given.
