Spark Engineer | Big Data | Java l Spring l AWS l Web Development l £PD l Fully Remote l Outside IR35 l 6-9 months
Our brilliant SME Specialist Consultancy are on the look out for an immediately available Spark Engineer for an upcoming project:
As a Spark Engineer you will need:
- 5+ Years experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Apache Hadoop, HBase, Hive
- Experience in Java Development
- Strong understanding of Java fundamentals including Object Oriented Programming principles
- Experience with the Spring framework (Spring Boot 1 & 2) for the development of new or existing Microservices.
- SQL databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
- Familiar with all phases of software development; from requirements gathering and design through to build, deployment and support
- Strong experience of unit and regression testing
- The ability to operate well under a variety of different situations and types of projects.
You will stand out if:
- You have a genuine passion for software development and are an active contributing member on projects
- You have JavaScript experience
- You have experience deploying to AWS
- Multithreading experience
- NoSQL database experience
Contract:
- Outside IR35
- 6-9 month initial with expectation of extensions
- per day
- Fully Remote
- Immediate start
