Duties and responsibilities* Collaborate with the product owners to identify areas for growth (blogging, email, social media, etc.) and prioritize them
* Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
* Work with interactive tools benefiting the marketing team’s goals
* Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
* Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
* Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing
* Develop & optimize content for landing pages, customer support pages & social media
* Identify industry trends and insights in agronomy applications
* Interact with users on social media, via mail and on the phone to support and obtain feedback
* Analyzing user/app data and feedback to improve apps based on quantitative and qualitative data
Qualifications and requirements
* Previous working experience as a Marketing Manager, Growth Hacker or Influencer
* In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates for web & social media
* Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
* Expertise in UI/UX design and experience to create and edit content for web & social media
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* High standards of excellence and attention to detail
* Excellent customer communication skills and flawless command of the German and English languages
* Agronomic knowledge, related professional background or a keen industry interest and willingness to learn
