For the development of mobility services in the field of electromobility we work as a development partner for a renowned car manufacturer. For the further development of a system for the management of charging stations we are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer (Java Spring).Tasks:
- Implementation of backend services (REST client/server, JPA, Spring, SQL)
- Proactive communication and coordination with the customer and work in a small agile team
- Optional: Frontend development with Angular
Knowledge
- Must Have
o Multiple years of experience as a Java expert
o Experience as a backend developer with the Spring framework, especially with Spring boot, Hibernate/JPA and very good SQL knowledge
o Experience with deploying REST services and connecting REST as a client in complex environments
o Very good English-skills
o Proactive approach and "can-do" mentality within the team
o High willingness to compromise, practical orientation and pragmatism in software development
o Short-term onboarding with projects that have already been running for a longer period of time
- Optional
o German language skills
o Experience with frontend development with Angular
o Experience with AWS, Http, load balancers
o Experience with systems like Flyway, maven, git
o Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab)
Start: 01.08.2021
Location: remote
Duration: 3 months with option for 2 years extension
