AufgabenThe scope of the IT project is the implementation of the Software-as-a-Service platform ServiceNow to radically revise and replace todays IT Service Management processes and system landscape. The project will strictly focus on the streamlining of clients IT service management processes and the decommissioning of identified legacy systems and complex interfaces to realize committed savings. The project will (1) link the ServiceNow platform with clients network, (2) build the necessary foundation (incl. CMDB, data model, service portal), (3) set up a Center of Excellence, (4) execute the implementation in parallel work streams for service management, business management, operations management, (5) decommission 15 legacy systems, (6) conduct the global rollout and training, (7) connect the ServiceNow platform to relevant backend-systems, (8) align with linked projects and strategies. The project will be implemented in an agile approach and follow a 24-months plan with frequent go lives of new functionalities and user groups on ServiceNow along with shut-downs of legacy systems (no big-bang). Within the project ServiceNow we are looking for a service that supports our subsequent technical and business go lives and the needed developments.

Gesuchter Skill - MUST have:
Creates/ provides ServiceNow artifacts (focus on ServiceNow Portal)- Upload and transform data into ServiceNow- by using Javascript coding: Upload and transform data into ServiceNow and ceate pages/widgets in ServiceNow Portal- analyze existing Java Code and translate to ServiceNow- by using HTML, CSS design and create pages, widgets in ServiceNow Portal- adjust the user interface in ServiceNow Portal- analyse, transform and upload data into ServiceNow (with different datastructures, e.g. JSON, XML, CSV)- create an interface to manage needed data (via REST and SOAP- debug and fix issues- analyse which objects are involved (e.g.: styles, html, javascript) - get an understanding about requirements/processes and apply to needed developments - document the deployments in a way that a 3rd party is able to understand (complete, comprehensive, understandable)- consult how to use different authentication methods (SAML2, web based, OAUTH) and what is needed to be able to use- support to manage mid-servers
Gesuchter Skill - NICE to have:
Good knowledge and understanding on ServiceNow Artifacts- Skilled in Javascript coding (incl. Knowledge of cryptographic usage; following topics are a Plus: ServiceNows Jelly experience, ServiceNows AngularJS)- Skilled in Java coding (Knowledge in SQL, SQL Procedural Language (like PL/SQL, PL/pgSQL), Trigger , Database Design, Basics in Database Administration, PostgreSQL and Oracle is a plus- Skilled in HTML, CSS (to design and create pages, widgets, adapt UI in ServiceNow portal)- Skilled in datastructures (JSON, XML, CSV) - Experienced in master data management and CMDB management (incl. interface creation via REST and SOAP) - Experienced in implementation of authentication methods (SAML2, web based) - Experienced in mid server management - Skilled in agile implementation- skilled in using ServiceNow SaFe as documentation
