• Join the SSO team as full-time product manager
• coordinate all needed changes for replacing our internally built Single Sign on solution with an external IDaas provider (e.g. standardize the user database & all SSO flows)
• Align and coordinate all needed changes from other teams and stakeholders (e.g. Mobile Apps team, UX/design, product marketing, B2B teams, customer care)
• Leading role for the communication & go to market strategy for B2C and B2B together with the product marketing team
• Create concepts for new user flows in alignment with UX/design, including A/B tests
• Write well understandable documentations for the product functionalities & user flows
• Make sure all critical KPIs are tracked & monitored
• story writing, defining acceptance criteria, backlog refinement
• give regular updates about project health & roadmap progress in steering committee
• Provide FAQ documentation for customer care & involve them in all changes
• report to product lead
• Proven ability to execute and deliver on business-critical projects
• Experience driving and “going deep” on technically challenging features (preferably around authentication)
• Experience with products which directly interface to end-users
