Job Description
• Several years of experience running applications in Azure Cloud using PaaS components such as AppServices, LogicApps, Azure Functions and Azure SQL.
• Experience with Dynamics365
• Experience with monitoring via Azure AppInsights
• Experience analyzing application/cloud infrastructure logs and monitoring metrics
• Basic understanding of standard ITIL processes such as Change Management, Incident Management & Problem Management.
• Should be able to be scheduled as needed
• Good analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
