Job Description:
Application Manager for LIMS/Labware
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 12-15 years)
· Labware LIMS knowledge
· Digital landscape knowledge
· Experience with database management and project management.
· Business process knowledge for Lab Inofrmatics area
· Risk and Quality management
· Knowledge of GxP processes

Good-to-Have
· Strong leadership, management, and customer service skills.
· German language knowledge (Read/Write/Speak)
· Labware Admin1/2 Certified

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Analyzing business operations and the business's computer systems and determining which process could improve efficiency.
2 Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install new ones.
3 Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.
3Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software.
4 Maintaining up-to-knowledge of the latest software developments.
5 Update documents as required complying to the GxP processes.
6 Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications.
7 Responsible for handling customer, business team and vendor.
