JAVA & Test Automation Expert
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Set-up concept for test automation
• Prepare tests using JUnits, Tosca and/or Katalon
• Support developers in implementation of automated tests
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills
• Software development and testing
o ISTQB Test Foundation
o Certified Agile Tester Certification desirable
• Experience with financial industry (Credit card processing lifecycle)
Personal
• Experience in working in international teams, preferably in an German-speaking environment
• Fluent German, Fluent English (CEFR level B2 or better) is an advantage
• Very good communication skills and proved teamwork ability
Technical
• Hands-on experience with Tosca and/or Katalon as a test automation tool
• Experience of API testing with Postman, SoapUI, or similar tool
• Experience with JAVA and Unit Testing - JUnits / Jasmine Tests / Eclipse, IntelliJ, Maven
• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Knowledge of file-Handling json, xml, csv
Preferred skills
• Experience in cloud platforms (incl. Azure Western Europe Cloud)
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and agile tools
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Test Automation & JAVA
