I am currently looking for a remote Service Cloud Architect. You will be responsible for revamping the current implementation of service cloud along with new complicated cross-business use cases and building a robust system that would support a multi-level customer service setup bringing in the best practices of the platform. This would also include enhancement to existing features designed for business processes.You will be:
- Revamping the service cloud implementation using Salesforce native service cloud features along with customization whereever needed based on the business use case
- Developing the existing service cloud implementation use case to cater to the growing needs of the business
- Counselling for releases in the capacity of the consultant
- Counselling for meaningful code review and platform optimization implemention
Ideally you will have:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with out of box features of Salesforce
- Experience with customization within Salesforce with the development of LWC, Aura, Apex
- Integration experience
- Extensive experience in setup up and managing a robust service cloud implementation
- Previous experience of setting up service cloud with email to case, communities, chat and entitlements, omnichannel, etc
It would be nice (but in no way essential) to have the following certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer 2
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
