MCE (Multi Channel Engine) serves as first contact point for all frontend channels / channel systems.One major aspect is integration, adaptation and orchestration of services provided by various BSS systems and external systems.
Secondly Use Cases cross-stack wide and with MCE mastered entities are available, e.g. SMS TAN, E-Mail Validation, GDRP RequestEntity Control and HN Siebel Migration. Another soft-fact is the Balancing Role of MCE in all product development phases between frontends and backends being an important stabilizer in the ST application architecture. MCE currently offers intern, extern interface types relevant for Tef sign-off process. Full interface is used internally by MCE applications.
• Identify business requirements using interviews, document analyzes, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analyzes, task and workflow analyzes
• Critically assess information from various sources, break down high-level information into detail, and draft requirements specifications according to the standard templates used by the organization
• Use the Scrum development methodology and interact with the product manager, developers and QA team in defining the user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases
• Analysis, (re) design, implementation and documentation of business processes
• Manage the Business Analysis work stream and interact with SME, other BA and IT teams to propose functional solutions
• Capture business requirements so that they can be used for system development
• Ensuring the successful delivery / implementation of changes from "end-to" end (analysis, user requirements management, solution, test planning, simplification of simulation, preparation of implementation, live verification and documentation)
• Work with the infrastructure team and other (third) parties to ensure that the requirements in the respective areas are complete and correct
• Work with legal and records management to ensure regulatory / compliance requirements are met
Anforderungen – must have:
• Requirements Capturing
• XML, SOA, SOAP, REST
• Jira, Confluence, XMLSPY, Microsoft Office, UML
• Low-level design: Knowledge of Application Development, Databases, Systemdesign
• Project Management Tools
• Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
Anforderungen – should + nice to have:
• Creation of User Stories Java background
