- Du formulierst Anforderungen als User-Stories und setzt diese mit Deinem Entwicklungsteam um
- Du priorisierst und entscheidest über die Entwicklung von neuen Features und Prozessen im eCommerce/Fast moving consumer goods/online marketplace Umfeld und hast dabei immer die "Nutzerbrille" auf
- Du arbeitest hypothesengetrieben und validierst Deine Entscheidungen
- Mit Deiner agilen Arbeitsweise strebst Du zusammen mit Deinem Entwicklungsteam eine schnelle und iterative Weiterentwicklung an
- Die Wirtschaftlichkeit Deiner Produktentwicklung ist für Dich entscheidend
- Die kontinuierliche Beobachtung der Entwicklungen im eCommerce-Umfeld sowie das Aneignen von Wissen in Hinsicht neuer Features in diesem Bereich vervollständigen Dein Aufgabengebiet
// DAS BIST DU //
- Neben mehreren Jahren Erfahrung als Produktmanager oder Product Owner hast du Erfahrung in Projekten mit eCommerce (must), Marketplaces im B2B-Retail/Fast moving consumer goods/online marketplace Umfeld gesammelt
- Du kennst Dich mit agilen Projektmethoden, idealerweise Scrum und Kanban, auch in einer Scaled-Variante aus und bringst hierfür das entsprechende Mindset und Zertifikate mit
- Du bist es gewohnt in einem Umfeld mit mehr als einem Agile Release Train zu fahren und mit einem Set Up von > 100 Entwicklern umzugehen
- Schnelle Veränderungen und technischen Weiterentwicklungen reizen Dich
- Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Dein logisches Denken sind stark ausgeprägt und Du hast Spaß an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Fließend Englisch und Deutsch bilden die kommunikative Grundlage

- You are familiar with agile project methods, ideally Scrum and Kanban, also in a Scaled variant, and have the appropriate mindset and certificates for this
- You are used to working in an environment with more than one agile release train and dealing with a set up of > 200 developers
- You are excited by rapid changes and technical advancements
- Your communication skills and logical thinking are strong and you enjoy cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent English and German are the basis of your communication skills
