For our customer we are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant.Your main task is to support the project team as part of a migration project. The listed HR scopes are already available in the exisiting old system and should be adapted in the new system.
Tasks:
• IT19 tracking of deadlines to track probationary periods and time limits -> automated e-mails are sent to the supervisor and the HR department
• Enhancement of an existing report with HR master data (e.g. monthly salary, bonuses, etc.)
• autom. Mail in the event of missing time recording ? If there are no time events, a mail is sent to the employee / supervisor
• Interface mails -> for entries, exits, org. When changing, a mail is sent to various trades (supervisor, HR, ID card office, IT, etc.)
• Enhancement of ESS -> The IT6 address and IT9 bank details should be able to be maintained by the employees and the updated master data will be automatically transferred to the employee's personnel master
• Enhancement of CATS
Requirements:
• Good experience in SAP HCM
• Good experience with CATS
• Good experience in migration projects
• Experience with ABAP
Project details:
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 2 -3 months (+ option to extend)
• Workload: 3 to 5 days per week
• Location: Remote
• Language: English or German
