A global Consultancy is looking for a Programme Director to lead an Omni Channels transformation on a large, complex digital transformation programme. The role is available remotely with occasional travel to customer sites.
Applicants must have extensive Programme Management/Director experience in the Telecoms sector, communicating strategy to key IT and business stakeholders, managing business outcomes/measures of success and driving change. Leading teams which have a combination of CX/UX, Frontend, DevOps, Ecommerce, CMS and Microservices. Working with service providers to delivery channels/digital solutions.
We are looking to hire a strong transformation lead who has prior experience in delivering Omni channel transformations in a leadership role. Conversant with latest architecture patterns like micro front ends and Microservices. Prior experience in delivery of complex BSS systems for B2C, B2P and quad play products. Experience in the Telecoms sector is essential.
