Candidates who are available to start immediately and based in the locations where client has offices in EU. (Wolfsburg, Walldorf,Osnabrück,München,Gifhorn,Eschborn ,Berlin)
All the selected candidates need to physically report to the nearest HCL office in Europe to complete the joining formalities and collect laptop.
Further post the joining formalities, the candidate can work fully remotely.
Job Profile:
IaaC/Terraform Consultant Core Skills:
* Automation expert with extensive experience in delivering Infrastructure as Code (Programmable Infrastructure) using Terraform.
* Experienced in setting up Hybrid Cloud provisioning (AWSAzureV-Centre) using TerraformTerraform Enterprise.
* Working knowledge of the Complete Hashicop Suite (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad, etc.)
* Experienced working with Terraform state files, Remote state & Workspaces.
* Hand-on experience of setting up Terraform ProvidersProvisioners.
* 3+ Years of experience working as a Linux System Administrator.
* Experience in working with GitBit Bucket and industry standard branching strategies.
* Experience working with containerization, infrastructure, and orchestration frameworks.
* Good Hands-on experience on cloud infrastructure environments, preferably AWS/Azure/GCP and good knowledge of their best practices.
* Should have knowledge on writing scripts for automation using Shell/Python/Perl
* Working knowledge and experience working with Configuration Management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
* Should have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Good knowledge on the enterprise storage, backup, infra security and network technologies
* Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, etc. will be a plus.
* Basic Linux , Unix and Windows Administration. Soft Skill:
* Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
* Good Documentation Skills
* Good Presentation Skills
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for implementing and driving best practices for Infrastructure Automation and software development lifecycle.
* Maintain architecture principles, guidelines and standards.
* Identify and recommend appropriate technology stacks, tools, frameworks and integration strategies.
* Review, advice and design standards, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process & goals.
* Work with Application Development, Information Security and Operations teams to provide fully automated build and deployment routines for development, staging, and production environments.
* Coach and mentor team members and guide on technical challenges, maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology/MCA (Master of Computer Applications)/Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Communications Certification (Preferred): • RHCSA (RED HAT CERTIFIED SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR)
• RHCE (RED HAT CERTIFIED ENGINEER)
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation exam (EX407)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
• MS Azure Certification – 70-533 Tags: Strong understanding and extensive experience with Linux Administration and server configuration. Must be able to handle multitier application configuration and deployment.
