Beschreibung
Duration: 8 months ++• Advising the client on the definition and implementation of the technical architecture of the IT systems and their further development
• Implementation of a custom application under ServiceNow including the associated interfaces in compliance with the client's standards (e.g. use of standardized development environments and programming guidelines)
• Promotion of the architectural-technical exchange of knowledge and standardization in the project
• Creation of delivery packages for the relevant applications
• Carrying out code reviews, unit tests, module tests, module group tests
• Documentation of the technical components
• Creation of system documentation
• Advising the project management on the implementation of risk management by evaluating and documenting technical risks, deriving from and advising on options for action to eliminate or minimize such risks
Conditions:
• Software development with ServiceNow in at least 3 customer projects
• Knowledge of architecture and design guidelines for API design acquired and proven over at least two years
• Knowledge of one of the following service modules is desirable: Service Catalog, Request Management
• Knowledge of CI / CD pipeline configuration and relevant pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI ...) is desirable
• Ideally, knowledge of the ServiceNow software architecture
