To bridge the gap until they have hired permanent employees, they are looking for a senior React Frontend Engineer.
You will work in an interdisciplinary tech & product team, which is focused on delivering infrastructure & data applications to their markets. You and your colleagues manage, improve and deliver the core of their tech platform to existing and new markets.
Your Job
Work closely with the Product Manager, designers and engineering individual contributors in your team to define feature specifications for the best user-centric products
Create and maintain consumer product and features
Contribute to the team's work with peer reviews and testing
Work closely with team and the frontend community across other teams to build and scale frontend services for the platform
Mentor and be an inspiration for junior software engineers across the engineering team
Requirements
You are proficient in React, have knowledge of a modern React.js stack to handle side effects, styling, testing
You have working knowledge of Next.JS
You have 5+ years of experience working as a JavaScript/Frontend Software Engineer
You are agile/scrum proficient and deliver well-tested and reviewed releases
You are familiar with the modern frontend solutions including Redux, React Native, ES2015+, Webpack, etc.
You have proficiency in building software solutions while ensuring performance, scalability and maintenance
You are an excellent team player and mentor, who ensures that knowledge is shared and increased
You thrive working in a diverse and multinational environment
You have an eye for clean, testable, maintainable, and performant code
You have experience with cross-platform / device development
You are experienced in mentoring more junior software engineers
You understand principles of component-driven architecture
You bring experience with end-to-end testing and backend coding are plus
You are part of a team where Continuous Integration, Code Quality, Code Reviews, etc. are a top priority
Contribution to Open Source projects is a plus
You have excellent communication skills in English and an abundance of passion and enthusiasm for creating product
