Cloud Engineer (Mid)-App & Platform (m/w/d), LeverkusenStart: asap/ Location: Leverkusen
Our customer is one of the biggest companies in the world. As an experienced (m/w) you are involved in a Development Team which is programming a new Webapplication for a digital farming field.
Your Tasks:
• Works globally, cross domain & cross technologies and has first functional experience incl. project management and project coordination to support fast, small scale analytical prototypes as well as driving the scaling and industrialization of products.
• Conceptualize, develop and deploy analytical solutions and products in on premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Translates non-technical and analytical requirements into data pipeline, infrastructure and front-end requirements, design and concepts.
• Consults in analytical use cases in terms of infrastructural considerations to enable a smooth scale-up phase of prototypes into production
• Drafts and implements operations & lifecycle management concepts for running & decommissioning analytical products.
Your Profil
• MUST
• Minimum of a Master degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or comparable studies
• gr. 3 years of experience in a data science or comparable position
• Very good knowledge of DevOps principles and tools (e.g. CI / CD, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, event driven architecture, ELK Stack)
• Strong programming skill in Python and AWS
• English, fluent spoken and written
• MUST CAN
• Deep knowledge of data and machine learning infrastructure and pipelines, and analytical software engineering
• Very good and comprehensive knowledge in terms of Data Warehouses and Cloud infrastructures and services (AWS, Azure)
• Strong programming skill in R, Scala, Java or comparable
• NICE TO HAVE
• Good knowledge in the following fields: Data Science, Statistics, Machine & Deep Learning and Visualization.
