Job Description
We are looking for Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager, who will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction. Operate closely with customers to determine the service needs and ensure customer satisfaction throughout delivery and ongoing support projects. Maintain and develop client relationships, constantly identifying areas in which client business could benefit from our service offerings and presenting existing successful relationships to prospective clients at the same time to ensure that our business objectives are not compromised, also focus on the development and training of other service delivery team to ensure an efficient, responsive team, eager and well able to respond to emerging opportunities and support requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with customer representatives to determine service needs and how our offerings can address their growth and potential.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, focusing especially on building long-term relationships around perennial offerings
• Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
• Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
• Managing finances and budgets
• Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction
• Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
• Remaining organized and meeting deadlines
• Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Five+ years of relevant experience in Infrastructure delivery management
• Must have experience in data centre technologies
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with relationship management and interpersonal business development
• Must be bilingual – Germany and English
