We are looking for Home Partners managing an existing team with an entrepreneurial and sales mindset to be at the forefront of our growth aspirations. We're fairly strong in Germany with more than 2,600 listings being operated. And we are looking forward to work with regional experts such as yourself in helping us increase our footprint further and add more vacation homes to our portfolio.
What tasks does this opportunity entail: :
• Finding and meeting new homeowners
• Building joint business plans
• Reviewing service level agreements
• Liaising with key stakeholders
• Onboarding new homes under the Belvilla umbrella
Do you have these super skills?
• Knowledge of the vacation rent / property management service or real estate market in Germany
• Ability to negotiate contracts
• Should be able to appear friendly but determined
• Native language (German) is a must
