For our customer we are searching for a Junior Service Manager

Start: 21. Jan 2021, could be beginning Feb 2021
Duration: 3 years (possible extension)
Location: Leipzig & Remote
Language: English must, German nice to have

1-2 years of experience

Skills:
- Basic understanding of penetration and vulnerability testing
- resource planning and allocation
- work order planning and scheduling
- good communication skills


· Core task:
o Coordination of the penetration / vulnerability test planning with the customer
o Planning and disposition of penetration / vulnerability testing capacities
o Answer any queries from the customer

Technologies / tools:
o ServiceNow or similar ticket system

· Experience:
o Service management
