- Good Technical background in IT systems for a Manufacturing Industry especially in Computerized Systems Validation and Spreadsheets- Able to write documents like user requirements, design specifications, etc.
- Understand the business process and the calculations used in the macros working in close collaboration with the development team
- Project Management skills to manage activities, ideally agile methodologies. Planning and coordination of the project.
- Very good problem-solving/proactive skills required to work closely with the business areas in an interdisciplinary team
- Familiar with SDLC processes, GLP, GMP writing the documentation and coordinate reviews by IT, Business and Quality;
- Candidate must be able to speak English and German in order to work with both global specialists and the local maintenance and technical teams
