Responsibilities
- Manage and be responsible for content delivery solutions in the banking sector ("banking digitalization")
- Become subject matter expert of end-to-end processes, logical and physical architecture
- Global service coordination with local service owners
- Service planning (lifecycle, service enhancements and continuous improvements)
- Stakeholder management on business and IT side
- Analysis of change requests and release planning
- Support of test preparation and execution, release support
- Service monitoring, management as well as lifecycle maintenance
- Analysis for incidents and defects
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of enterprise content management solutions including CMS architecture and technical integration of CMS (e.g. Censhare)
- Experience in web services (REST API, JSON), XML and HTML(5)
- Experience in software development, application and vendor management
- Knowledge of banking processes and data regulatory requirements
- Fluent in English

- German language skills
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
