Key Responsibilities:• Able to understand the customer requirements and to pass the same information to Offshore for performing the developments
• Resolving tickets which were raised by end users and taking the actions necessary to meet SLAs.
• Follow-up/ update ticket for every call to ensure timely closure.
• Identify process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
• Must be independent and interact with users and Offshore for resolving the issues
• Should be a good team player.
Language:
• Should be fluent in German and English
Skills needed:
• Must have knowledge in MDG-BP, Customer and Supplier and MDG-F area.
• Expertise extensively on Data modeling, Process Modeling, UI modeling.
• Good knowledge of Master data in Customer Master, Vendor Master Data & Financial in MDG.
• In depth knowledge in BRF+ rule-based workflow.
• Should have experience in Webservices, extensive knowledge in SOAP development objects.
• Should have extensive knowledge in Integration with ARIBA and PI, should have knowledge in Key mapping and Value mapping.
• experience in Data Replication Framework (DRF).
• Good knowledge on Data migration and Data import framework.
• Should have good knowledge in Webdynpro and Workflow debugging knowledge
• Should have extensive knowledge in ABAP debugging skills
• Should have good knowledge in UI enhancements and BADI and BAPI’s
• Interface related configurations and ability of enhancements in interfaces
• Inbound and outbound Webservices monitoring knowledge and SPROXY configuration
• MDG Key mapping configuration knowledge
