Senior Agile Project Manager with Finance and accounting skills with SAP knowledge.• Candidate should be Experienced in Agile/Scrum and managing the client and senior stakeholders.
• Should act as team coordinator and supervisor plus act as the direct contact to the project leadership with the following required skills:
• Candidate should have solid financial services business knowledge and sound experience in Agile project management to work closely with client Product Owner.
• Plan and supervise activities for large-scale implementation of projects with various teams spread across world and driven from Germany.
• Set and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas engaged on the project.
• Initiate and lead project planning activities such as Scope Definition and Management, Stakeholder Identification and matrix Human Resource Management, Risk & Issues Management, Communication Management, etc.
• Create and maintain a project schedule for project by identifying and monitoring.
• Control, track and report on project performance.
• Conducting regular team status meetings.
• Executing and updating management plans as necessary.
• Resolving and documenting issues.
• Coordinate meetings, as needed, to initiate working sessions, resolve project issues, etc.
• Awareness of and understand various Project Revenue Models
• Monitor the progress of all projects deliverables
• Owns and is accountable for scope, effort, budget and delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in project deliveries and individual / team performance. Measures and analyzes deliveries and performance across projects and timeline.
• Contributes to annual planning of PMO and then executes it meticulously
• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with customer / Business Units
