Locations: Hungary/Poland/Slovakia/Germany

1. Conduct workshops for ITIL Process and SM Modules
2. Understand RFP and Prepare SM and Its integration solution based on RFP
3. Create UAT, QA Test, PIV Test and Regression Test plan/cases
4. Deployment of SM and its components along with its integration.
5. Create and review High Level Design and Low level design with required architecture diagrams.
6. Create documents sets like Implementation and Configuration Guide, SOP, RCA, Health Checklist, Training Manuals and User Guides
7. Integrations such as Connect IT, UCMDB, OMI, AM, LDAP, Email (Inbound and Outbound)
8. knowledge on MF Stacks of tools (HPE and MF) and ability to understand the integration possibilities with each of them
9. Integration using Web services (SOAP and RESTAPI) (Minimum 2 Projects)
10. Implementing SSL and SSO
11. Configuring using Process Designer, JavaScript, Document engine, SMIS, Web services, Triggers, Wizards, Macros, Format, Format Control, Links, Display Option and Display Screens
Skill Requirements:
1. Experience in large implementation of HP Service Manager (version 9 onwards). Preferred SM development experience
2. Extensive experience in the configuration, implementation and deployment of HP Service Manager into development, test, and production environments on HA and DR environments both on Windows and Linux Platform.
The ITSM Consultant must have practice implementation experience with the following areas:
1. Incident Management
2. Problem Management
3. Change Management
4. Request Management
5. Knowledge Management
6. Service Catalogue
7. Mobility
8. Reports customization
9. Dashboards customization
3. Extensive experience on customizations using the tailoring tool utilities like format control, DVD, links, display options, triggers, document engine, scripts, JavaScript, RAD coding.
4. Knowledge of functionality, provided by Out-Of-The Box System (OOTB) system.
5. Experience in integration of HP Service Manager with other HP tools using various integration technologies - Web Services, Connect-IT, SCAuto.
6. Experience of ITSM best practices, ITIL Concepts & Workflows, Web Services, SOAP, HP uCMDB, DDM-A, HP Asset Centre / Asset Manager, DDMi and Connect-IT would also be an advantage.
7. Knowledge of Windows & Linux Operating Systems would be an added advantage.
8. Expert skills on JavaScript's, Basic's and SQLQueries and used them in SM implementation
9.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor / Master degree from reputed university
