Role : MS Cloud Data ArchitectLocation : Limburgerhof, Germany
Type of role : Permanent
• More than 10 years of overall IT industry experience along with 2+ years of experience on cloud-based solution
• Good understanding of Architectural Development Management practices and exposure to Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
• Well versed with different Cloud Architecture / Design / Integration Patterns, application migration methodology, and implementation approach
• Strong understanding of different Multi-tenancy model implementation techniques using various Cloud Service Models (e.g. BPaaS, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
• Good knowledge on Data Lake, Staging area, 3NF, data marts including starflake and snowflake schemas
• Experience in migrating and integrating different types of data into data lake within in-premise or cloud ecosystem
• Performance tuning, Resource optimization, automation of mundane jobs such as file loading, job execution, code generation etc.
• Implementation of Data Retention policies, error logging and handling mechanism, Re-startibilty options in case of job failure etc.
• Experience in Data Model Physicalization including Data Retention policies, Surrogate key generation and preservation, error logging and handling mechanism, Re-startibilty options in case of job failure etc.
• Experience on Big Data Tools and Technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Flume, Sqoop, Hive, HDFS, Mapreduce, HBase etc. and with respect to MS Azure general services used to build the data platforms like Azure AD, Data catalog, Stream services. Data factory etc.
• Good understanding of Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, Cryptography techniques, awareness Data Privacy law and compliances i.e. GDPR
• Good analytical, communications, inter-personal, client interfacing, and project management skills
• Ability to work with huge volumes of data so as to derive Business Intelligence
• Analyze data, uncover information, derive insights and propose data driven strategies
• An analytical bent of mind and ability to learn-unlearn-relearn
• Excellent Communication Skills to present his / her own ideas / concepts and solution to various stakeholders
