JOB DESCRIPTION:Microfocus Service Manager (HPSM) technical SME
Exp: 4 to 6 years
In this role, you will be responsible for MF Service Manager administration, configuration, and customization and HP Connect-IT Integration development. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills in German language.
Required Experience And Qualifications
• Expertise and Experience in latest version of MF Service Manager (9.6) tailoring and customization
• Implementation and Administration of MF Service Manager
• Expertise in configuring and customizing SM using process designer
• End-to-End upgrade of Service Manager system to latest versions
• Customization and Tailoring experience of Service Desk, Incident Management and Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalog
• Experience in Java Scripting and SOAP and REST Web services
• Experience in Connect-IT Scenario Development, Implementation and Maintenance
• Experience in designing Training Plan and Documentation for the Modules
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML and javascript
Preferred:
• ITIL certified
• SM trained from HP/Microfocus
• Technical Certification
