Description
Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Key Responsibilities
• Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX
• Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
• Able troubleshoot with debugging skills
• Perform Impact analysis
• Must perform configuration and excellent customization knowledge
• Must have Hands on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class etc
• Must have Hands on Deployment experience
• Must have PD1 PD2 Certification Professional Experience / Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
• Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model
• Must Technically skilled in configuration and customization Additional Info
• Must have Good Communication skill /Capable of Client facing SFDC Trained.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERPs, etc)
• Experience with Sales and Service Processes, Process Builder, Flows, and other key features in the core Salesforce platform
• Experience writing test cases or acceptance criteria that can be delivered to clients and support them during UAT
• Experience delivering client system training on newly built features
• Experienced in providing current best practice and third party solution alternatives from the AppExchange
• Ability to work successfully with remote business and technical teams
