Freelance Software / Cloud EngineerI am working with an International Enterprise that is building out an innovative platform.
The application will be designed as a suit of microservices that will be cloud enabled and leverage a high level of automation to achieve continuous integration and delivery. I am seeking a engineer experience with end-to-end development as-well as experience with Java, AWS, Kubernetes. Experience in Agile environments is highly advantageous especially with TDD, BDD.
Below are the details:
Position: Freelance Software Developer
Location: Berlin
Duration: 6 months (with a possibility to extend)
Start Date: ASAP
About the role:
• Work with modernised tech stacks, building micro-services, releasing daily, deploying in the cloud, practising test driven development
• Design, develop and deliver scalable Java/AWS based micro-services
• Software architecture and application design
• Familiar with building fully automated CI/CD pipelines
• TDD, pair programming and Agile best practices
• Perform design and code reviews
• You know modern cloud native infrastructure concepts: Infrastructure as code, Immutable deployments, Continuous Integration, Containerisation, etc.
• You have hands on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform etc.
• End-to-End development for on-time delivery of high quality solutions that conform to requirements
• Create design documentation
